I kept doing this first thing I wake up the last years. If you feel sometimes overwhelmed or depressed look in to breathing exercise 🙏<br><br>And the good thing I also never have a cold 🤧anymore. Thanks to every morning cold shower. And coming from Bangkok 30 degrees to Warsaw today 10 degrees I can say breathing and cold showers makes you stronger 💪 Cold shower is still every morning a fight with my mind, saying I don’t need it 🤣 So I don’t say I like the cold😅 It teach me I am just a pleb🤣 <a href='/tag/nostr/'>#nostr</a> <a href='/tag/sportstr/'>#sportstr</a> <a href='/tag/plebchain/'>#plebchain</a><br><br></p>
